Health professionals caring for persons with multiple sclerosis (MS) are faced increasingly complex working conditions that can undermine their job satisfaction and the quality of healthcare services. The aim this study was to delve into health professionals' by assessing predictive role happiness meaning at work. Specifically, it hypothesized would moderate relationship between satisfaction.The hypothesis tested among 108 (53 physicians 55 nurses) in eight MS centers Italy. Participants were administered Eudaimonic Hedonic Happiness Investigation Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. Hierarchical regression analysis performed test moderating satisfaction.A significant interaction effect on identified both nurses. When work attributed low meaning, participants experiencing high more satisfied than those reporting happiness; contrast, when perceived as highly meaningful, participants' levels did not significantly contribute satisfaction.Focusing interplay findings bring forward practical suggestions preservation promotion patients. Particularly, they suggest need strengthen job-related aspects may enhance thus providing reasons persevere face daily challenges.
