ABSTRACT
Symptomatic trigeminal neuralgia due to a brainstem infarction is said be rare. However, facial pain not uncommon in Wallenberg's syndrome. Facial related syndrome may either persistent of intermittent, and occasionally occurs brief attacks. Here, we report patient with right lateral medullary who started having first division 1 month after the stroke. The paroxysms were suppressed gabapentin.
