ABSTRACT
The objectives of this study were to analyze the clinical features coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and evaluate diagnosis treatment.A retrospective analysis manifestation auxiliary examination 19 patients with COVID-19 from Liyuan Hospital intensive care unit (ICU) between January 16, 2020 February 20, was undertaken.There 11 male 8 female cases among patients. median (range) age 73 (38-91) years. Of these patients, (42.1%) had died duration ICU admission death 2 (interquartile range (IQR): 1-10.75) days. Seven underlying diseases. showed fever (68.4%), dry cough (15.8%), dyspnea (10.5%), diarrhea (5.3%). All ground-glass changes on chest computed tomography. Serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) serum amylase A (SAA) clearly increased in all cases. Among cases, there 16 (84.2%) which total number lymphocytes decreased, 12 (63%) reduced liver function, (58%) deviant results for fibrinogen (FIB) D-dimer, particular, D-dimer level significantly higher non-survivors compared survivors.There more men than women critically ill tomography vast majority displayed cough. laboratory indices change significantly, especially non-survivors.
