COVID-19 presents a local and global challenge.At the time of writing, prevalence estimates for state Rhode Island (April 24, 2020) are 6256 confirmed cases 189 deaths [1]; United States, 828,441 46,395 [2]; globally, 2,626,321 181,938 [3].Individuals at risk or living with HIV nevertheless need ongoing prevention care services may be higher acquiring COVID-19.Clinic closures attributed to crisis place them greater poor outcomes [4, 5].
