ABSTRACT
Meloidogyne incognita (Root-knot nematode) and Alternaria alternata (fungus) were among the dominant parasites of medicinal plant Withania somnifera. Despite fatal nature their infection, a comprehensive study to explore evolution adaptation is lacking. The present elucidates evolutionary codon usage bias analysis W. somnifera (host plant), M. (root-knot A. (fungal parasite). results revealed weak prevalent in all three organisms. Based on nucleotide analysis, genome was found be A-T biased while had GC genome. We high similarity CUB pattern between host its nematode pathogen as compared fungal pathogen. Inclusively, both forces influenced associated pathogens. However, neutrality plot indicated pervasiveness natural selection Correspondence effect mutation main force affecting alternata. Taken together would provide some prolific insight into role adaptability pathogens host's environment for establishing parasitic relationship.
