ABSTRACT
A laser cooled heavy atom is one of the candidates to search for permanent electric dipole moment (EDM) electron due enhancement mechanism and its long coherence time. The francium (Fr) factory has been constructed perform EDM at Cyclotron Radioisotope Center, Tohoku University. present status Fr production measurement system presented.
