ABSTRACT
A significant role is played in inflammation by the liver, which, stimulated inflammatory mediators, synthetizes plasma proteins with various dynamics. The purpose of these studies to generate a detailed dynamic analysis changes concentrations and serum protein fractions selected acute-phase as well nonspecific biochemical indices during course an induced pleurisy. were conducted on female inbred Buffalo rats, which divided into two groups: control group (C) experimental (IP) pleurisy was induced. In IP group, observed between 48th 96th hours reduction albumin, transferrin, urea, creatinine observed, while complement components C3 C4, haptoglobin, fibrinogen increased. An early increase IL-1 increases IL-6 TNF noted later period. maximum intensity processes described above occurred 72nd
