To compare keratometric astigmatism (ΔK) and total corneal (ΔTK) calculated by the IOLMaster 700 in cataract cases with regular ≥ 0.75 diopters (D). This study was a secondary analysis of database patients who had undergone examination between May 2021 March 2022 at Shanghai Eye Disease Prevention Treatment Center.
