ABSTRACT
In this paper we consider drug binding in the arterial wall following delivery by a drug-eluting stent. Whilst it is now generally accepted that non-linear saturable reversible model required to properly describe process, precise form of varies between authors. Our particular interest manuscript assessing what extent modelling specific and non-specific as separate phases important. We study issue extending recently developed coupled release tissue distribution, comparing simulated profiles concentration mass each phase within tissue.
