ABSTRACT
Recent discoveries of topological superconductivity and Majorana bound states in Fe(Te,Se) bulk crystals have broadened the research topics in iron-based superconductors. Compared with the bulk samples, thin films possess the advantages in fabrication and manipulation. In the present work, we investigated Fe1.1Te0.7Se0.3 thin films grown by pulsed laser deposition (PLD), focusing on the transport properties, including electrical resistivity and magnetoresistivity in magnetic fields both perpendicular and parallel to the film plane. The activation behavior related to the vortex pinning and the upper critical field were analyzed as well.
