ABSTRACT
The cellular and molecular effects of the proteasome inhibitor-bortezomib-on breast cancer cells are as yet poorly characterised. Bortezomib selectively induces apoptosis in some cells. However, nature its selectivity remains unknown. Previously, we demonstrated that: there was no effect bortezomib action on a time-dependent increase senescence human skin fibroblasts. study presented here provides novel information line MDA-MB-231. Our findings that contrast to normal fibroblasts, treatment evoked strong incubated hypoxic normoxic conditions. We observed up 70 % MDA-MB-231 There these suggest may be candidates for further evaluation chemotherapeutic agents cancer.
