ABSTRACT
Abstract We conducted a mixed methods pilot feasibility study of Stakeholder and Equity Data-Driven Implementation (SEDDI) process to facilitate using healthcare data identify patient groups experiencing gaps in the use evidence-based interventions (EBIs) rapidly adapt EBIs achieve greater access equitable outcomes. evaluated acceptability SEDDI hybrid type 2 effectiveness-implementation trial paired colorectal cancer (CRC) social needs screening intervention at four federally qualified community health centers (CHCs). An external facilitator partnered with CHC teams support initial implementation, followed by phase focused on advancing equity. Facilitation sessions were delivered over 8 months. Preliminary evaluation involved convergent quantitative survey focus group data. CHCs used outreach completion CRC respect race/ethnicity, gender, age, language. Adaptations improve included cultural, linguistic, literacy tailoring. reported that facilitation systematic review helpful identifying prioritizing gaps.
