ABSTRACT
Nonstructural protein 1 (NS1) is a non-structural of avian influenza virus. It can interact with variety proteins the host cells, enhancing expression viral and changing growth metabolism thereby virus' pathogenicity virulence. To investigate whether there are more that NS1 during infection, T7-phage display system was used to screen human lung cell cDNA library for could NS1. One positive specific clone obtained identified as nucleolar coiled-body phosphoprotein 1(NOLC1). The interaction between these two further demonstrated by His-pull-down co-immunoprecipitation experiments. Co-expression both in HeLa showed NOLC1 were co-localized cell's nucleus. Gene truncation experiments revealed effector domain sufficient NOLC1. results provided new target drug screening.
