ABSTRACT
Social interactions in every domain of human activity are transformed through the use new media. This study provides a preliminary assessment value media for co-production between government and (communities of) citizens. article analyzes innovative practices Netherlands usage to support coproduction safety facilitate public service support. The results qualitative research show that both forms provide governments citizens but they differ their strengthening citizen communities. Individualized community identified as different outcomes socio-technological trajectories.
