ABSTRACT
Acetamiprid (neonicotinoid insecticide) and azoxystrobin (fungicide) are widespread pesticides used for pest management, but they have the potential toxicity to mammals. The goal of this study was look oxidative stress, metabolic alterations, reproductive problems in male rats' serum after 2 months exposure sub-lethal dosages acetamiprid azoxystrobin. Seven classes rats were formed: control, 3 groups (1/10, 1/20, 1/40 LD50), LD50) orally daily treated (n = 8/group). Our findings revealed that disrupted processes examined throughout 30 60 days testing. levels nitric oxide increased significantly, while catalase, a superoxide dismutase enzyme, glutathione reductase activity reduced. Serum sex hormones, calcium, total protein all dropped substantially rats. In comparison control group, testis liver structure, as well spermatozoa parameters, had distinct histological characteristics. conclusion, exhibit dose- time-dependent effects on parameters cause damage.
