ABSTRACT
Abstract Public libraries have embraced the popularity of maker education and makerspaces by integrating in their program offerings, developing that enable patrons to tinker create products. But less attention has been paid supporting librarians educators assessing impact these spaces. To expand assessment scholarship practices related public library makerspaces, we offer two contributions. First, share findings from a qualitative research study which analyzed how 17 staff define success identify evidence programs. The study, conjunction with our collective experience as partners working laid foundation for series analysis tools developed help stakeholders needs such learning environments. Properties Success Analysis Tools (PSA Tools) represent second contribution; invite reflect on unpack definitions order what features relevant tool should have.
