ABSTRACT
It is still unclear whether the timing of intracoronary stem cell therapy affects therapeutic response in patients with myocardial infarction. The natural course healing infarction and presence putative homing signals within damaged myocardium appear to favor engraftment during transendothelial passage early days after reperfusion. However, adverse inflammatory environment, its high oxidative stress, might be deleterious if cells are administered too Here we highlight several aspects therapy. Our results showed that transplantation bone marrow mesenchymal at 2-4 weeks more favorable for reduction scar area, inhibition left ventricular remodeling, recovery heart function. Coronary injection autologous acute safe does not increase incidence complications.
