ABSTRACT
The authors report a case of isolated symmetrical metacarpia the first metacarpal in 33-year-old serving soldier. patient was totally unaware deformity, which found incidentally while radiographs were done for wrist to rule out scaphoid fracture. To best our knowledge, there have been no similar reports English literature before.
