ABSTRACT
Objective: To look for the further evidence HPV L1 HPV16 E6, 18 E6 and EBV as carcinogenic factors in laryngeal carcinoma. Method: we examined representative numbers of specimens from cancer with highly sensitive PCR technique presence high-risk types HPV18 LMP1. Results: Using detection, 7.3% samples were positive, 52.03% 30.89% positive 9.13% LMP1 positive. The low incidence high HPV-16 genes suggest that might be integrated into tumor cells. Our results support a role HPV-18 infection pathogenesis carcinoma China. Conclusion: Integration host genome stable expression these may associated carcinogenesis synergistically function on an association 16, EBV.
