ABSTRACT
Abstract The objective of present study was the comparison trans ‐11 18:1 (VA) and cis ‐9, CLA concentrations in rumen different tissues beef cattle, to examine diet breed effects on compound concentration deposition. Sixty‐four German Holstein Simmental bulls were randomly assigned two dietary treatments, based concentrate or pasture. VA rumen, duodenal digesta determined by gas chromatography. results showed that pasture relative feeding significantly increased digesta, plasma erythrocyte phospholipids. Pasture‐based resulted a significant enrichment lipids phospholipids, but not compared concentrate‐fed diet. Diet did affect (mg/100 g fresh tissue) semitendinosus muscle subcutaneous fat. There effect deposition longissimus with lower pasture‐fed bulls. However, both, liver heart tissues. Both Δ 9 ‐desaturase index observed fat linear relationship between ‐9,trans‐11 coefficients determination ( R 2 ) varied 0.29 0.87 from
