ABSTRACT
Uniform colloidal Bi2S3 nanodots and nanorods with different sizes have been prepared in a controllable manner via hot injection method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results show that the resulting nanocrystals an orthorhombic structure. Both diameter length of increase increasing concentration precursors. All nanostructures high efficiency photodegradation rhodamine B, especially case small sized nanodots—which is possibly due to their surface area. The dynamics photocatalysis also discussed.
