To assess the prevalence of fatigue and its association with disease activity patient-reported outcomes among patients ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn's (CD). Data from a cross-sectional survey conducted gastroenterologists their consulting adult UC CD were analyzed. collected via gastroenterologist-completed patient record forms patient-self completion forms. Patient demographics, clinical characteristics, medication use reported by gastroenterologist, while current symptoms (fatigue, rectal urgency, abdominal pain, sleep disturbance), work productivity Short Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire (SIBDQ) patient. Logistic regression models used to identify measures associated expressed as odds ratio (OR) 95% confidence interval. p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. A total 1057 1228 included in this analysis. Fatigue 22.6% 26.0% CD. Higher proportion had moderate/severe (p = 0.0001), higher Mayo score (5.0 vs. 4.0, 0.0001) unemployed (5.6% 3.9%, 0.0149) compared those without fatigue. In reporting fatigue, female (55.9% 48.2%, 0.0193), (5.8% 4.9%, 0.0069), mean Activity Index (145.0 96.2, than Patients level pain disturbance whereas lower SIBDQ scores greater impairment 0.0015) Abdominal (OR: 2.01, 0.001) immunomodulators 1.69, 0.006) increased having UC. CD, 2.29, biologics biosimilars 2.02, 0.003) is common symptom that levels decreased driven various factors. multidisciplinary approach may be needed manage
