ABSTRACT
In view of the support problems and tailings accumulation in a gold mine, taking graded tailings instead of sandstone as wet shotcrete aggregate as the background, the support technology of graded tailings wet shotcrete was studied by orthogonal mix ratio test and electron microscope scanning, and the engineering application was carried out. It is found that the strength of graded tail sand wet shotcrete under different curing ages and the same mix proportion increases continuously, and the maximum strength can reach 22.73 MPa. The reasonable mix proportion of graded tailings wet shotcrete under different curing ages is different. The hydration products of graded tailings wet spraying concrete are cemented together to form a good network spatial structure system and fill the initial space of the system, so as to enhance the structural compactness and greatly improve the concrete strength. Graded tailings can completely replace sand and stone as the aggregate of wet shotcrete. The strength of the graded tailings wet shotcrete produced in the field after spraying to the roadway can meet the support requirements, while reducing the support cost of the mine and the waste of tailings.
