ABSTRACT
Takeda G protein receptor 5 (TGR5) is widely recognized as a potential drug target for the treatment of metabolic diseases. TGR5 not only regulator, but also has role that participating in developing and progressing gastrointestinal cancer. We aimed to investigate pancreatic cancer by utilizing molecular experiments liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) based metabolomics.Herein, we assessed proliferation, migration invasion response antagonist SBI-115 vitro experiments. Cell death was examined using TUNEL assay on agarose-embedded sections. Then investigated effects PANC-1 BXPC3 cells via transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Moreover, LC-MS-based metabolomics performed explore underlying mechanisms The correlations between metabolism-related genes were further analysed GEPIA 2 database. We found proliferation capacities decreased significantly after 48 h. results showed antagonism had remarkable effect inducing cell death. Analysis TEM demonstrated could impair morphology mitochondria most cells. analyses revealed alter profiles vitro. associated with some cancer. Our data suggests may suppress induce apoptosis affect metabolism cancer, would be an attractive treatment.
