ABSTRACT
Enrichment of Veillonella parvula in the lung microbiota is strongly associated with non-small cell cancer (NSCLC) and induces progression adenocarcinoma vivo, but its actual role mechanism remain unexplored. This study analyzed correlation between NSCLC V. abundance based on 16 s rRNA sequencing results. The effects were observed vivo vitro using a C57 bl/6j mouse tumor-bearing model, bacterial co-culture combined transcriptome sequencing, TCGA database to explore validate growth promotion by molecular mechanism. revealed that was significantly enriched adenocarcinoma. In promoted mice suppressing infiltration tumor-associated T lymphocytes peripheral lymphocytes. It showed higher affinity for proliferation through adhesion or intracellular invasion. Further analysis differential gene expression KEGG enrichment induced CCN4 activated NOD-like receptor NF-κB signaling pathway cells. clarified activation via Nod2/CCN4 signaling, which proliferation. Thus, mediates Nod2/CCN4/NF-κB promote progression, thereby providing potential target diagnosing treating
