ABSTRACT
The number of cancer patients has been rapidly increasing, and while there have wide variations, survival rates also improved globally. Despite the rates, supportive care needs unmet in various domains. current study aimed to investigate that had potential be managed by peer supports according trajectories. We used comprehensive assessment tool (CNAT) a modified CNAT evaluate support at tertiary hospital South Korea. Of 402 participants, 335 (83.3%) needed support. For who diagnosed with for more than 5 years, highest proportion was reported information domain (92.9%). Patients advanced social/religious/spiritual (84.4%) practical domains (81.1%).
