ABSTRACT
The geological reserves of ordinary heavy oil suitable for thermal injection development in Bohai Oilfield are about 450 million tons. traditional recovery process uses a two trip injection-production string method, which frequently starts and stops operations, resulting additional cold damage high costs. efficiency the jet pump integrated system is also low, production control difficult. Therefore, based on results an field test electric submersible production, this article optimizes its key technologies, removes high-temperature downhole on-off valves, re develops deep well exhaust structure packer as installation platform valves. Indoor tests were conducted, showed that improved technology met requirements 250 ℃ - room temperature 21 MPa dynamic sealing. It can achieve multiple rounds non repair conversion under steam throughput mode, while reducing space heat loss, improving economy. optimization has good stability applicability, be further promoted applied.
