ABSTRACT
Abstract Zeolite Y and the NTD/Y nanocomposite, which were synthesized in situ (the addition of zeolite to reaction mixture course synthesis NTD by sulfate method), studied a variety methods. The decrease particle size (scanning electron microscopy) water content pores (X-ray powder diffraction study, full-profile Rietveld method, IR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry), increase OH groups on surface photoelectron spectroscopy) composition compared initial all established. A larger specific area (Brunauer–Emmet–Teller method) is due fact that nanocomposite contains smaller amount because conditions presence nanocrystalline particles. It was found exhibits higher photocatalytic activity model decomposition methyl orange under UV adsorption capacity for extraction P(V) As(V) ions from aqueous media pure obtained same conditions, differs size, surface. role Bronsted Lewis centers realization properties discussed.
