ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to study the roles chloride intracellular channel protein 1 (CLIC1) and heat shock 27 (HSP27) in clinical pathology lung adenocarcinoma explore whether expression CLIC1 HSP27 can be used as independent factors for prediction recurrence prognosis after radical resection adenocarcinoma. One hundred three paraffin sections tissues were collected, detected these tumors using immunohistochemistry. correlation two proteins with clinicopathological parameters statistically analyzed. In 103 samples, strongly positive 61 (59.2%) 49 cases (47.6%), respectively. Statistical analysis showed that level did not significantly correlate patient's age, sex, degree tumor differentiation, T staging tumors, TNM (p > 0.05), whereas = 0.029). Univariate indicated ECOG score, staging, N correlated 0.031, 0.001, 0.011, 0.013, <0.001, respectively). Multivariate statistical associated predicting 5-year survival rate patients 0.026, 0.004, Age, overall post-operative patients. may closely occurrence development an effective marker disease.
