ABSTRACT
Osteosarcoma is the most common primary bone malignancy; however, molecular mechanisms of development are not well understood. Progestin and AdipoQ receptors (PAQR3), a protein specifically localized in Golgi apparatus, was recently characterized as new tumor suppressor. Little known about expression function PAQR3 osteosarcoma. Here, we showed that downregulated osteosarcoma tissues compared with adjacent normal regions 80 paired samples. Moreover, lower levels were associated metastasis clinical patients. In addition, overexpression cell line MG-63 inhibited proliferation, migration, invasion by promoting ERK phosphorylation. Taken together, our results indicated might act suppressor osteosarcoma, providing novel diagnostic therapeutic option for human future.
