ABSTRACT
Increasing evidence has suggested that dysregulation of microRNAs (miRNAs) could contribute to tumor progression. Previous miRNA microarray analysis illustrated miR-335 is downregulated in various cancers; however, the role on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) not been well elucidated. In this study, we investigated biological functions and molecular mechanisms human HCC vitro, discussing whether it be a therapeutic biomarker future. Four cell lines samples from 62 patients with were analyzed for expression by quantitative RT-PCR. Overexpression was established transfecting mimics into HepG2 HuH7 cells. Cell proliferation migration assessed viability assay transwell assay. Luciferase reporter Western blot verify ROCK1 as novel target gene miR-335. We observed tissues all four lines. The MTT revealed overexpression subsequently inhibited growth. Furthermore, also showed significant inhibition transfectant. decreased evidently after miR-335, indicating Our data inhibit invasion cells via regulating ROCK1, suggesting
