ABSTRACT
The tumor protein D52 (TPD52) is an oncogene overexpressed in breast cancer. Although the oncogenic effects of TPD52 are well recognized, how its expression and role migration/invasion still not clear. This study tried to explore regulative microRNA-34a (miR-34a), a suppressive miRNA, on miR-34a was found significantly decreased cancer specimens with lymph node metastases cell lines. clinicopathological characteristics analyzed showed that lower levels were associated advanced clinical stages. Moreover, demonstrated as one direct targets human cells. further repress epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) inhibit migration invasion via TPD52. These findings indicate inhibits progression metastasis through targeting Consequently, our data strongly suggested pathway regulated by might be useful reveal new therapeutic for
