ABSTRACT
Abstract Deflectometry is a non-contact and rapid detection method with high sensitivity, which can be utilized in the areas of three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction, surface quality detection, defect location. It has important applications automotive industry, optical parts manufacturing, other fields. Classical deflectometry methods require integration slope data to reconstruct absolute shape. However, procedure error-prone due accumulation random errors into large shape deviations, resulting inaccurate measurement results. In this paper, we extract position centerline bright fringe from stripe image find center line point by point. Using principle triangulation, 3D for object’s shaped obtained. addition, infrared light enhances specular reflection, better performance than that visible light. Experiments show proposed sensitive changes height roughly restore topography object without calibration.
