ABSTRACT
Abstract Aluminum hybrid composites have the potential to satisfy emerging demands of lightweight materials with enhanced mechanical properties and lower manufacturing costs. There is an inclusion reinforcing variable concentrations for preparation metal matrix attain customized properties. Hence, it obligatory investigate impact different machining conditions selection optimum parameter settings aluminum-based composite material. The present study aims identify parameters during wire electrical discharge samples prepared graphite, ferrous oxide, silicon carbide. In research work, five process three response such as material removal rate, surface roughness, spark Gap are considered optimization. Energy-dispersive spectroscopy scanning electron microscopy analysis reported manifestation recast layer. Analytical hierarchy genetic algorithm been successfully implemented best composites.
