ABSTRACT
Abstract Purpose Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) has characteristics of high invasion and early metastasis. Most NPC patients present with locoregionally advanced illness when first diagnosed. Therefore, it is urgent to discover biomarkers. Fibroblast growth Factor 19 (FGF19) plays a role in various physiological or pathological processes, including cancer. In this research, we discovered the importance FGF19 NPC, clarified its tumour angiogenesis. Methods Western blotting, immunohistochemistry ELISA were used investigate expression NPC. Then took CCK8, colony formation, Transwell wound healing assays identify influence on malignant behaviours. The proliferative metastatic capacity evaluated nude mice zebrafish. angiogenesis was investigated by tube formation Matrigel plug assays. We then variation Annexin A2(ANXA2) levels treatment FGF19. Lastly, co-immunoprecipitation ubiquitination performed mechanisms involved. Results elevated tissues serum associated poor clinical stages. High promoted particular, correlated microvessel density NPC-derived could accelerate vitro vivo. Mechanistically, influenced ANXA2 promote Moreover, tripartite motif-containing 21(TRIM21) interacted responsible for ubiquitination. Conclusion inhibiting TRIM21-mediated It may serve as noninvasive biomarker provides new insights therapy.
