ABSTRACT
A series of terpenoids (1-17), comprising six new compounds designated bipolariterpenes A-F (1-6) and eleven recognized (7-17), were isolated from the wheat culture potato endophytic fungus Bipolaris eleusines. Their structures stereochemistry clarified by HRESIMS, NMR, DP4 + probability analyses, computations for electronic circular dichroism (ECD). All are made up meroterpenoids, four sesterterpenes seven sesquiterpenes. Among them, (4, 5, 10, 11) investigated their antifungal, antibacterial cytotoxic properties, meroterpenoids (1-3, 7-9) evaluated antifungal properties. The 7, 9, 10 had substantial activity against Epidermophyton floccosum at a concentration 100 µM. No activities observed.
