ABSTRACT
The indication for surgical valve replacement in cases of infective endocarditis is well defined current guidelines. However, some patients are not fit or willing to undergo major procedures. Interestingly, the best our knowledge, there scarce information literature on how deal with such and what might be outcome. We present two complicated prosthetic definite involved foreign material, who were treated successfully long-term suppressive antibiotic therapy. These demonstrate that individualized therapy effective selected PVE unfit unwilling high-risk cardiothoracic interventions.
