ABSTRACT
ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized from chitosan and zinc chloride by a precipitation method. The characterized Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction peak profile analysis, Scanning electron microscopy, Transmission microscopy Photoluminescence. results revealed that the sample was crystalline with hexagonal wurtzite phase. We have investigated crystallite development in analysis. Williamson–Hall analysis size–strain plot used to study individual contributions of sizes lattice strain ϵ on broadening nanoparticles. parameters including strain, stress energy density value calculated for all reflection peaks corresponding phase lying range 20°–80° using modified form plots plot. showed size estimated Scherrer's formula, plot, particle are very much inter-correlated. Both methods, provide less deviation between present case.
