ABSTRACT
In this work, an anodic stripping voltammetry for nanomolar determination of diltiazem with a chemically modified carbon paste electrode (CMCPE) containing Co3O4/SnO2 nanopowders was studied. The accumulation potential and time were selected at, −0.2 V 190 s, respectively. electroanalytical performance the CMCPE evaluated regarding composition, solution pH, accumulation, interferences. novel showed linear response to concentration range 50–650 nM lowest detection limit value 15 nM. precisions six consecutive determinations 350 550 3.2 2.5 %, It demonstrated that proposed method free from most interference. Finally, effectively applied in pharmaceutical tablets biological samples.
