ABSTRACT
In this review, the state of art in understanding structural phase relations perovskite-structured BiFeO3-based polycrystalline solid solutions is presented and discussed. Issues about close relation between overall physical properties reviewed systems are pointed out It shown that, by adjusting symmetric arrangement, ferroelectric magnetic can be tuned to find specific multifunctional applications. However, an intrinsic mechanism linking arrangement cannot identified, revealing that subject still deserves further discussion investigation.
