ABSTRACT
Abstract Nickel nanoparticles supported by commercial carbon paper (CP) are prepared pulsed laser deposition with time of 3, 6, and 12 min as a catalyst for urea electro-oxidation. The surface conditions the morphologies electrodes have been characterized Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy. Urea electro-oxidation reaction in KOH solution on Ni/CP is investigated cyclic voltammetry chronoamperometry. results show that electrode less Ni nanoparticle agglomeration shows higher peak current density, which was achieved 3 samples when normalized electroactive areas. However, highest area 6 sample due to larger quantity nanoparticles. All good stability. Our suggest low cost, environmental friendly CP can be used support It thus has great potential many applications involving oxidation, such wastewater treatments.
