ABSTRACT
Abstract In 2020, the Dean of University Cincinnati College Medicine created a college-wide task force to address inequities in medical school curriculum. The consisted four workgroups, each co-chaired by faculty member and student. This co-leadership model was chosen because it provided diverse perspectives addressed typical faculty-student power differentials. balanced knowledge education curriculum with student experience. It also opportunity for co-chairs take on new roles leadership development: assumed role running workgroup guidance from member, while gained insight perspective diversity inclusion purpose this article is describe our lessons learned during process.
