ABSTRACT
Abstract Today, there is a lack of useful visual presentations data showing progress over long time periods for users physical activity self-monitoring devices. The aim this paper was to present novel theoretical model that describes the relative change in behavior and provide examples application with previously collected data. Physical behavior, which includes both sedentary activity, categorized into four dimensions further processed adjusted fit model. visualized theoretically by using example two out 20 participants, illustrating compared baseline trendlines all dimensions. This approach device agnostic can visualize intended be used on an individual basis need support behavioral change. model, based earlier research, has flexibility developed as complement processing, future currently available devices within arena. In future, should studied see if it valid, tested larger samples longer study periods, use other ensure its usefulness trustworthiness.
