Abstract This study presents a use case of Finite Element Method and comparative experimental studies on subproblem in packaging machines. The variables the vacuum picking system including baffle height, back pressure friction between sheets are evaluated through simulations experiments. It is found that F all critical successful operation cardboards from in-feed magazine. some practical value for implementation board magazine many types machinery.
