ABSTRACT
Abstract In the context of increasing renewable energy penetration, storage configuration plays a critical role in mitigating output volatility, enhancing absorption rates, and ensuring stable operation power systems. This paper proposes benefit evaluation method for self-built, leased, shared modes plants. First, models each mode are developed, actual benefits calculated from technical, economic, environmental, social perspectives. Then, CRITIC is applied to determine weights indicators, TOPSIS used rank overall mode. Simulation results validate effectiveness proposed compare three modes, showing that leased provides highest benefit. study quantitative reference rational selection projects.
