ABSTRACT
Feeding jejunostomy is a worthy alternative for enteral nutrition support in patients who cannot feed orally. Despite its benefits, tube feeding not without complications. We present case of distal migration the broken into abdomen which was performed because complete dysphagia following acid ingestion. This managed by colonoscopic removal stuck at ileocecal junction. emphasizes that proper fixation and marking are essential to prevent tube. Waitful watching may be done asymptomatic cases spontaneous expulsion The terminal ileum common site get stuck. In these patients, trial given before laparotomy.
