ABSTRACT
Exosomes are potential biomarkers for disease diagnosis and treatment, as well drug carriers. However, their isolation detection remain critical issues, convenient, rapid, low-cost, effective methods necessary. In this study, we present a rapid simple method directly capturing analyzing exosomes from complex cell culture media using CaTiO3:Eu3+@Fe3O4 multifunctional nanocomposites. The nanocomposites were prepared by high-energy ball-milling used to isolate binding the hydrophilic phosphate head of exosome phospholipids. Notably, developed achieved results comparable with those commercially available TiO2 separated magnet within 10 min. Moreover, report surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-based immunoassay detecting biomarker CD81. Gold nanorods (Au NRs) modified antibodies, antibody-conjugated Au NRs labeled 3, diethylthiatricarbocyanine iodide (DTTC) SERS tags. A combining magnetic separation was detect exosomal study demonstrate feasibility new technique useful tool detection.
