ABSTRACT
Radiation therapy (RT) is an integral part of treatment concepts for early-stage Hodgkin lymphoma. This analysis reports on RT quality in the recent HD16 and 17 trials German Study Group (GHSG).All plans involved-node radiation (INRT) HD were requested analysis, along with 100 50 involved-field (IFRT) 16 17, respectively. A structured assessment regarding field design protocol adherence was performed by reference oncology panel GHSG.Overall, (HD 16) 176 17) patients eligible analysis. In 16, 84% series evaluated as correct, significant improvement compared predecessor studies (P < .001). 76.1% INRT cases revealed a correct 69.0% IFRT-cases, which superior to previous Comparing IFRT, we found no differences percentage any deviation = .418) or major deviations .466).
