ABSTRACT
Myxofibrosarcoma (MFS) is a subtype of soft tissue sarcoma with highly infiltrative growth pattern that leads to higher risk inadvertent positive surgical margins and local relapse. Poorly defined tumor also pose challenge for radiation therapy (RT) planning, in terms treatment volumes administration pre- versus postoperative RT. This study aims evaluate control patterns recurrence patients MFS treated neoadjuvant RT followed by definitive excision.
