ABSTRACT
Over the past decade, infections linked to duodenoscopes have become a significant concern, primarily due intricate design of elevator mechanism. Currently, there is limited evidence regarding bacterial contamination level mechanism after clinical use and throughout its various reprocessing stages. This study utilized swab culture technique examine on duodenoscope three stages at Center tertiary hospital. Our findings revealed sever usage, emphasizing that effectiveness manual cleaning greatly influences subsequent high-level disinfection quality.
